These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of products (stays and gift cards) at www.glashytterne.dk. The right to withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via www.glashytterne.dk.

Booking, Reservation and Confirmation
Any reservation must be paid in full immediately upon reservation or upon indication on invoice. When you book, an order confirmation will be sent to you via the email you provide, with information about your stay or gift card and payments made.
If for any reason you do not receive your booking confirmation, please notify us as soon as possible at info@glashytterne.dk. Your item (stay or gift card) is confirmed as a binding purchase agreement with us once we have received your payment.

Payment and Delivery
At www.glashytterne.dk we receive payment via: Visa / Dankort, MasterCard and MobilePay.
QuickPay A / S handles all payments, and their Terms and Conditions will be applied to any transaction.

The Glass Huts only accepts bookings from people over 18 years of age. The Glass Huts reserves the right to refuse a booking at any time without justification.
When buying a product to be sent, for example a gift card, freight costs may be added to the price. VAT is included in all prices, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery takes place via GLS or Postnord. Delivery is to customers in Denmark, usually within 2-7 working days. Other locations must be arranged via email: info@glashytterne.dk.

Prices
The prices on the website are in Danish kroner. The Glass Huts reserves the right to change these prices. At the time of booking you will be informed of the applicable prices. The price stated on the confirmation invoice is binding.

Guest Conduct and Violation of Reservation Conditions
Guests agree to behave in a proper, appropriate and lawful manner, within The Glass Hut, and in the surrounding countryside and facilities of the property.

If a guest behaves inappropriately or does not comply with the directions (this is the owner’s sole judgment), or illegally, the owner reserves the right to ask the guest (at their discretion) to leave The Glass Hut before the end of the stay. Any refund for this will be made at the owner’s discretion. Termination of the holiday by owners or guests does not affect the other rights of this party.

In addition, The Glass Huts reserves the right to apply for compensation for any loss or damage caused to the property and the property’s facilities.

Legislation and Jurisdiction
Any dispute will be governed by the non-exclusive law and jurisdiction of the Danish court.

Assumption of Risks
Guests will spend the night in nature with everything, including potentially dangerous weather conditions in the outdoor area. Although we are very careful to protect you, accidents can happen and we will not be responsible for any such accidents (as far as possible as permitted by law). If you notice that any equipment looks defective and / or causes insecurity, inform The Glass Huts as soon as possible.

Responsibility
The Glass Huts assume no responsibility for theft, loss or damage, regardless of nature, during or as a result of a stay at The Glass Hut.

The use of the site’s facilities, plus hiking and any other activity on and around The Glass Hut’s area is the guest’s responsibility and is done at your own risk.

Force Majeure
The Glass Huts calls for force majeure if the implementation of the agreement is prevented in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently due to circumstances beyond The Glass Hut’s responsibility. Including threats of war, blockades, fires, floods, pandemics and other disruptions or events. In case of force majeure, the reservation will not be refunded, but a rebooking will be offered.

Complaints
Despite The Glass Hut’s intentions to create a great experience for guests, you may have a complaint. You must immediately report the complaint to the owner at www.glashytterne.dk to give us the opportunity to resolve the matter as soon as possible. If the complaint is not settled to your satisfaction, you have the opportunity up to 14 days after your stay to submit the complaint in writing or via e-mail to www.glashytterne.dk

Provision of Validity
In the event that a court finds that a condition of these reservation conditions is illegal or invalid, the illegal or invalid provision will be cut off from the rest of the reservation conditions, which will remain valid and have full force and effect.
