Booking and Confirmation:
Every booking must be paid in full immediately at the time of booking or as stated on the invoice. When you book, a booking confirmation will be sent to you via the email you provided, with information about your stay or gift card and payments made.
If you do not receive your booking confirmation for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible at Your item (stay or gift card) is confirmed as a binding agreement with us once we have received your payment.

Payment and Delivery:
At, we accept payment by Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, and MobilePay.
QuickPay A/S handles all payments, and their terms and conditions will apply to any transaction.
The Glass Huts only accepts bookings from individuals over 18 years of age. The Glass Huts reserves the right to refuse a booking at any time and without reason.

The prices on the website are in Danish kroner. The Glass Huts reserves the right to change these prices. At the time of your booking, you will be informed of the current prices. The price stated on the booking confirmation is binding.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of issue.
In the case of refunding a gift card, a processing fee of 10% of the value, but no more than DKK 200, will be deducted. This covers the fee for our payment provider as well as administration. The refund will always be returned to the card used at the time of purchase. Transferring to other accounts or credit cards is not allowed for security reasons. It will take approximately 5 working days to process the transaction once you receive a refund from us.

Guest Conduct:
Guests commit to behaving properly, appropriately, and legally during their stay and to consider The Glass Huts, nature, and the property’s facilities.
If a guest behaves inappropriately, does not comply with instructions (at the owner’s discretion), or engages in illegal activities, the owner reserves the right to ask the guest to leave The Glass Huts before the end of the stay. Any refund for this will be at the owner’s discretion. Termination of the stay by the owners or guests does not affect these parties’ other rights and remedies.
Additionally, The Glass Huts reserves the right to seek compensation for any loss or damage caused to the property and its facilities.

Legislation and Jurisdiction:
Any dispute will be subject to Danish law and decided exclusively by the Danish courts.

Assumption of Risk:
You stay in nature, which includes potentially dangerous weather conditions and outdoor areas. Although we take great care to protect you, accidents can happen, and we will not be held responsible for such accidents (to the fullest extent permitted by law). If you notice that any equipment appears defective or causes concern, you should inform The Glass Huts as soon as possible.

The Glass Huts assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage of any kind during or as a result of a stay at The Glass Huts.
If you cause damage to the property/cabin (such as fire on the terrace, damage to the interior, broken windows or blinds, etc.), we will charge you for this immediately after your stay.

Smoking in The Glass Hut or at its entrance, as well as the presence of pets, is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in a charge of DKK 3.000 for additional cleaning and washing of duvets and pillows, to ensure The Glass Huts cleanliness and comfort for all guests. Furthermore, it may lead to compensation claims related to damages and losses from booking cancellations.

The use of the site’s facilities, hiking, and any other activity on and around The Glass Huts area is your responsibility and is undertaken at your own risk.

Commercial Use of Images:
Photographs, films, or content on social media taken at The Glass Huts or The Glass Huts’ facilities may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from us. We reserve the right to claim compensation for any use that violates our terms.

Force Majeure:
The Glass Huts invokes force majeure if the execution of the agreement is wholly or partly, temporarily or permanently prevented by circumstances beyond The Glass Huts’ control, including threats of war, blockades, fire, floods, pandemics, and other disturbances or events. In the event of force majeure, the reservation will not be refunded, but a rebooking will be offered.

Despite The Glass Huts’ intentions to create a good experience for guests, it may happen that you have a complaint. You should immediately bring this complaint to the owner at to give us the opportunity to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you have up to 7 days after your stay to submit the complaint in writing or by email to The Glass Huts.

Validity Provision:
In the event that a court finds that a condition in these Terms and Conditions is illegal or invalid, the illegal or invalid provision will be severed from the rest of the Terms and Conditions, which will remain valid and in full force and effect.
