Cancellation and Amendments
Stays in The Glass Huts are refunded up to 14 days before arrival, by emailing:

Cancellation 4 weeks before arrival: 100% refund
Cancellation 2 weeks before arrival: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival: No Refund

No refunds will be given up to 14 days before arrival, but the booking can be moved to a new date if this is done no later than 5 days before arrival. When booking dates are amended, reservations will include any price increases.

If The Glass Huts incurs expenses specifically in connection with your reservation, you are obliged to cover such expenses.

On very rare occasions, The Glass Huts may be forced to cancel your reservation. In such circumstances, you will receive a full refund, but The Glass Huts has no further liability to you as a result of the cancellation. The Glass Huts will, however, endeavour to try to move a confirmed booking, cancelled by The Glass Huts, to another date within the same season / price range.

The Glass Huts has the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
